Shipping Policy

Destinations and shipping prices

We offer shipping to available checkout destinations in the United States, Canada, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Checkout shows whether we can deliver to your address.

US delivery is available to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or military addresses.

Shipping is free on all products, with no minimum order value. Orders ship from China using our arranged air-shipping service.

Processing and estimated transit

Order processing takes 2 business days before shipment. We process orders Monday through Friday, with a daily order cutoff of 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The transit estimates below begin after dispatch and are in addition to processing time.

• Contiguous United States: Estimated 2–5 business days in transit, or approximately 4–7 business days including order processing.
• Other available destinations: Estimated 5–10 business days in transit (about 1–2 weeks), in addition to order processing.

Tracking your order

After dispatch, we update the tracking number on your order page and send you a tracking notification.

Import duties and import taxes

We cover import duties and import taxes for your order. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay an import charge, contact hello@soundboothtogo.com with your order number and the notice so we can resolve it. Any applicable checkout taxes are displayed before you pay.

Delivery and delays

The transit range is an estimate. Customs inspection, weather, and transport disruptions can affect delivery. If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with a revised dispatch date and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or if delivery information is incorrect. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.

Shipping-address changes

Please check your address at checkout. For a correction, contact us as soon as possible. An address change may not be possible after dispatch; we will explain the available options.
